Dr. Robert Uhland
FOUNDER
Dr. Robert Uhland brings over 35 years of experience in dentistry and more than fifteen years in dental practice transitions.
A Kansas native and proud Jayhawk, Dr. Uhland earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas and his dental degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry, where he also completed a Mayo Clinic orthodontic research internship. He went on to receive his certificate in orthodontics from Loyola University School of Dentistry.
After decades building and leading a successful private orthodontic practice, Dr. Uhland transitioned his entrepreneurial focus to helping dentists navigate practice sales, mergers, and acquisitions. Known for his integrity, transparency, and deep understanding of both the clinical and business sides of dentistry, he has become one of the most experienced and trusted brokers in the field.
